Question 1: What is this vacation voucher offer?

This is a complimentary vacation incentive provided by New Horizon Tax & Financial Services. It includes a hotel stay at select destinations, while clients are responsible for taxes, resort fees, and travel expenses.

Question 2: Is this a completely free vacation?

No. This is a "complimentary vacation stay incentive," not a fully free vacation. While the hotel stay is covered, you will need to pay:

✔ Taxes & fees (ranging from $19.45 to $33.60 per night for U.S. destinations, and $19.70 per night for Mexico)

✔ Resort fees (if applicable)

✔ Flights & transportation

✔ Food, drinks, and personal expenses

These fees are subject to change and vary by destination.

Question 3: How long do I have to activate my voucher?

Your voucher must be activated within 7 days if received digitally or 30 days if printed. Once activated, you will have at least 18 months to travel.

Question 4: How do I activate my voucher?

1️⃣ Visit the activation link provided in your email.

2️⃣ Pay the required taxes & fees to activate your voucher.

3️⃣ Receive confirmation and book your trip!

Activation is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Question 5: What happens after I activate my voucher?

Once activated, you will receive booking details and can select your travel dates within 18 months.

⚠ Important: Once dates are confirmed, no changes are allowed.

If you cancel, your activation fee is forfeited.
